Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, clean, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all included accessories.
To start a return, please contact us at shoplunvero@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We do not provide prepaid return labels for standard returns.
Any paid shipping charges are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at shoplunvero@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the case and work to make it right.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on:
Gift cards, if applicable
Items that have been used, worn, damaged, altered, or are not in their original condition
Items returned without original packaging, where applicable
Items sent back without an approved return request
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return is approved, place a new order separately.
Bundle Orders
If you purchased a bundle or multi-item offer, all items included in the bundle must be returned in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Partial returns from bundle orders may affect the final refund amount.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
